Corporate Sponsorship

Corporate Sponsorship through Product Placement?

How valuable could product placement be as a corporate sponsorship strategy for your product or branding strategy?

Getting Even, as a novel series and a multi-season TV series, is an ideal vehicle for corporate sponsorship through product placement.  As well as the obvious benefits of exposure, you could gain access to the expertise of a professional corporate trainer with three decades of advanced Accelerated Learning, Soft Skills and VET training experience to advance your company and operation in other areas, besides promotion!  Ray Jamieson has volunteered services to the Getting Even Foundation which receives all proceeds of sales and sponsorships.  This means that in exchange for corporate sponsorship of this exciting project, you could have your product and company name in a national and soon international media project, as well as receiving professional corporate training from an industryleading corporate trainer and business coach.

Your corporate sponsorship opportunities

The structure of the Getting Even novel allows for exciting product placement and corporate sponsorship opportunities.  It is written as a series of separate episode storylines, each with its own location and personalities, as well as the central characters who are in each episode.  That means that for a full chapter or episode and sometimes multiple episodes, the location and product focus is concentrated in a single area.  That means a focus on specific products, services or brand names is possible for that time frame and episode or series.

In addition, there are prime opportunities that are constant throughout the whole series.  These include the vehicles, the home location, the factory setting and the carparks where the central characters and story are set.

We already have a publisher who is partnered with a Hollywood film maker. The stage is set to put you on the world stage!

Specific sponsorship opportunities

There are prime, specific opportunities for corporate sponsorship.  You might be able to identify them from the chapter summaries on the Getting Even With webpage.  For example:

Paul’s large, powerful 4WD SUV wagon.  This is in most episodes. The wagon has a central position in the story, from the opening scenes to car chases, rescue missions and country driving.  It is a V8 wagon with a front bull-bar and capacity for very high power and highspeed action.

Is this your vehicle?

The girls’ little sports car.  This is a smaller, but very stylish sedan, high powered also and has a prime role on one of the car chase scenes and is featured in 3-4 episodes.  Probably a V8 4 door, but only small, nimble and incredibly fast. Open to suggestions from you.

Or is this yours?

Hardware items.  One prime location throughout the whole story is the hardware store, owned by the central character, Paul.  So much product is channeled through this hardware store; much of the story happens through the store.  Multiple opportunities.

Security systems and CCTV cameras.  A very large focus on this particular item as security camera vision is critical in many episodes, in both the house and hardware store.

Do you supply CCTV?

A panic room – a lockable, fireproof room in the house, becomes a control centre and has continuous exposure in most episodes.  A very special item, one-way windows, and an amazing control centre console.

Computers and technology.  Sam, a core character, is a computer wizard, hacker extraordinaire and has the very best technology.  It is on display in most episodes.

Our Panic Room console – do you supply computers?

Earth-moving equipment:  Specifically two large elevating scrapers and a large (30 tonne) bulldozer.  Prominent and static display but used in one episode only.

Farm equipment, tractors, and 4WD farm vehicles, numerous items and a number of episodes.  Landcruisers, Patrols, farm trucks, agricultural tractors.

Wedding gowns.  We have an amazing double wedding that needs to be catered for – it’s small but spectacular.  Gowns and men’s suits.

An incredible double wedding to host – can you help?

Women’s fashion; this is shown separately because it is so prominent.  An in-house designer, dressmaker and fashion guru is regularly visited and is planned to become prominent in Book Two/Season Two of the TV series.

BBQ for various functions in the house – this is a central feature and used regularly for community gatherings. Gas, 4-6 burner.

Car parking services.  A central location is an under-building carpark that is converted each night into a homeless shelter with kitchen, showers, and bedding. This is a prime location and has constant exposure.

Businesses and business venues:  These include corporate offices, 5 star restaurant, a gourmet pizza restaurant, a telephone kiosk or outlet, a menswear retailer, a builder/handyman and a number of different topend sports and muscle cars.

Do you have another product or item relevant to this concept and topic that could ethically be placed in this series?   We would love to hear from you.
